About Us
Iron Motorcycle Performance was started in 2017 out of a garage for general maintenance/performance on the side. In 2020, We decided to chase our dream and we officially opened here in Hillsboro MO and began offering everything from basic maintenance to full performance builds. Today we offer a multitude of services from oil changes to full engine builds, dyno tuning, and much more. The priority is still the same regardless, quality service for both the customer and their motorcycle. Our goal is to offer the best service to every customer. We do not sell “Motor Stages”, we build motors for the individual. We put the power where you need it for your riding style. We are committed to using only the best parts and practices. We only recommend parts we have personally used or tested. We have a knowledgeable staff that specializes in Milwaukee 8 and Twin Cam engines.
We are also a premier ThunderMax Tuner Dealer, we install and tune all ThunderMax in-house. Needing parts? We are an exclusive Drag Specialties dealer that can order a wide variety of parts that arrive in a timely manner. We also deal with custom companies such as Thundermax, Darkhorse, Hofmann Designs, Feuling, HPI, Zippers, Brocks, and many more.
In 2023 we expanded our products with powder coating and custom parts for your bike. This has been an important step in staying ahead of a fluctuating motorcycle market. This allows us to produce products and perform services more efficiently for the customer.
